Clinevo’s Journey and Founding Story


Established in 2021, we are a trusted provider working with 13 different local authorities & children trusts across the West Midlands. Our service supports looked-after children (LAC), care leavers, children in care (CIC), and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) providing them with a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive. We provide a steppingstone for young people, delivering support tailed to individual needs on their journey towards adulthood. We believe that young people have a better chance of success when they have the skills and resources to navigate their next steps towards independence. At Clinevo we recognise each young person is unique; they have different needs, choices and preferences – this is something we acknowledge and always respect. The support we provide is dynamic, responsive and consistent to meet the ever-changing and revolving needs of our young people. Our service is person-centred, everything we do revolves around each of our individual young people and we work in partnership with many other professionals to ensure that our young people are at the forefront of our service.

At Clinevo, our mission is to provide more than just accommodation; we offer a stepping stone for young people on their journey to independence. We understand the unique challenges faced by young individuals transitioning into adulthood, especially those who have experienced adversity. Our goal is to equip them with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to build a brighter future.

At Clinevo we put our young people at the forefront of our service. Our service revolves around our young people, they’re at the centre of everything we do. We focus on empowering our young people to build independence and maximise their potential; they are the next generation and we support them to live a full & independent life enabling them to flourish in to young adults equipped with the tools to live a full life.
