Modern Slavery Statement
Introduction
This document is the modern slavery statement of Clinevo Support Services (incorporating Clinevo Care Limited, Clinevo Education Limited, and Clinevo Supported Accommodation Limited, collectively referred to as "Clinevo"). While we are not legally required to publish a modern slavery statement, we have chosen to do so voluntarily to demonstrate our commitment to preventing modern slavery within our business and supply chains.
Modern slavery, as used in this statement, includes slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking, defined as follows:
- Slavery: One person exercising ownership over another.
- Servitude: Coercing a person into providing services, with no ability to change their circumstances.
- Forced Labour: Forcing a person to work or provide services under threat of reprisal.
- Human Trafficking: Arranging or facilitating the travel of a person with the intent to exploit them.
Clinevo’s Position on Modern Slavery
At Clinevo, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings. We continually review and enhance our systems and processes to safeguard against modern slavery.
As a provider of specialized education, therapeutic care, and support services for children and young people in schools, residential homes, and supported accommodation, we implement rigorous recruitment and onboarding checks for our workforce. We carefully select reputable suppliers for goods and services, assessing our risk of modern slavery as low. To date, we have not identified any indicators or instances of modern slavery in our operations or supply chains.
